Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment verification and platform confirmation.

Conduct

Harassment, threats, coercion, discrimination, fraud, impersonation and prohibited activity are forbidden.

Cancellation & Refunds

Eligibility follows the cancellation policy displayed for the booking. Approved refunds are processed through the supported payment/refund mechanism.
